Challenge

A quality decision needs usable imagery, product-specific criteria and evidence an operator can review. Changing parts or algorithms should not require replacing the camera and station workflow.

Approach

Separate acquisition, processing and review. Configure recipes and regions, select a classical or packaged processing module, and retain verdicts alongside their image and configuration context.

Result

An adaptable inspection application for custom visual quality checks, with Run, History, Statistics, Alarms and Diagnostics workspaces. Partner projects define the optical setup, inspection criteria and qualification evidence.
